Hey Workplace Leaders! 🙋🏻‍♀️

How do you keep our inspiration in the workplace? We know we are inspired when we are motivated and a self-directed learner. This means we don't always need someone cheering us on everyday to get things done.

In a recent survey revealed that 50% of American workers are not engaged at work. In Canada, where I’m from, it’s even worse… This is a problem because when people are engaged, absenteeism goes down. Conversely, when people are engaged, their productivity skyrockets. So, how do you help people become engaged again?

Ian was also the CEO of Proton Foundation which was to diversify and to create a brand-new approach to NGO in modern-day Europe. The Charity started with a special focus on social action projects across Europe and has impacted numerous communities. Since 2019 the Proton Foundation shifted its focus to run two specific projects in the UK. The first is the Flourish Project which equips young people to develop healthy self-esteem, mental and emotional wellbeing. The second is the Global Transformation project and encompasses all the work which Ian focuses on. This includes speaking, mentoring and networking in businesses. ✅

Ian is both challenging and inspiring. He travels extensively around the globe speaking at conferences and seminars, creating and developing networks to continue to inspire others to transform lives. He mentors both individuals and organizations, motivating them to transform their environments.

I am super stoked to be talking about this subject this Sunday at 10am at Hope Church YYC...

The truth is that we all face adversity, anxiety, and problems. The question is not if we have problems, because we ALL do. The question is how we respond in them; in other words, what do we do? What we do in our problems determines if they make or break us, if they squish or strengthen us, and if we become victims or victorious! Join us as we find the one piece of advice that can make all the difference.
