Denise Hughes, President/Principal Consultant
Denise is a proven human resources executive professional with over 32 years experience supporting business at a local, national and global level. She has had multiple leadership roles supporting senior management, projects and C-Suite executives as well as Board of Directors. Denise has led entire HR departments, managed multiple projects, outsourced
activities to third parties and global business centers, implemented HR systems projects, supported both acquisitions and divestments as well as company downsizings, office openings and closures, pension plan redesigns, business process redesign and led cultural engagement surveys and actions for change, to name a few of her experiences. Her extensive leadership roles have provided Denise keen insights on how to engage and motivate employees, including policy renewal and development, performance management systems, talent management models, coaching and consulting, as well as designing compensation aspects of development, including incentive compensation programs. Denise has an undergraduate in Psychology and Mass Communications (organizational dynamics) and a Master's in Industrial Relations. She has also participated in several executive leadership training programs throughout her career.
