I am an accredited day home with the Calgary & Region Family Day Homes.
Subsidy is available for qualifying families.
We are located in Signal Hill, and currently have spaces available for children 8 months to 6 years old.
I am a mother of 5 and grandmother of 2. I have received my CPR certification, as well as a police security clearance.
My play area is located on the main floor, big windows, and is very bright and inviting. Indoor activities include drawing, colouring, role-playing, arts and crafts, story time/reading time, and much more. I will also be including a scheduled quiet time/nap time. Children will enjoy a fun, interactive learning environment.
Outdoor play will include the Community Park and grassy areas, and my very own large backyard.
I will provide a healthy breakfast, lunch, and two snacks. My home is a safe and clean environment, pet free and smoke free. Your child will be entering a loving nurturing home.
I have attended a session for epilepsy recognition and care by the Epilepsy Association; I have also received training in administering emergency rescue medication for an epileptic episode at the Children’s Hospital with the KIDSIM Lab.
I am currently working on a Level 2 Childcare Training Certification.
My hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. (Maximum 10 hours per day available)
