"I don't believe I have a job till I am onsite working"
This is how we live 100% of the time.

Projects get pushed/canceled all of the time.

You see supposed to start one day and maybe 3 weeks down the way you are actually starting, or even longer.

The trend no aways is companies not even knowing the work till last minute due to approvals and other factors.

Never knowing when your next paycheck is coming is a way of life.

Once you have boots on the ground you still Never really know how long you will be around.

You could be the first one gone or you could be the last swinging dick.

The reality is you no matter what, you and your family have no idea how much or how little you are going to make this year.

I got asked by a financial planner if I wanted to help making a financial plan to help plan for my retirement and I didn't know what it say and to be honest there was instant anxiety.

I had a very good plan going before the separation when my wife left but with the economic uncertainty and that still looming, my literal answer was I don't know if I can do that with all this going on and started to list all my limiting beliefs on why this can't be done.

The reality is that is bulls**t.

There is always something you can do to take your power back in all situations.

Throwing your hands up and living day by day in survival mode is absolutely the most stressful way to live your life you could possibly live.

This can cause physical illness.

This can mental illness.

This can cause relationships to be strained to the breaking point.

This is our mission and the reason behind our new company because I absolutely hated living in survival mode, especially when a LEGACY is all I wanted for my family and when that was seemingly taken away from me with the divorce, I got consumed on how to make it better and start to put plans in place to have it not happen again.

Cause isn't that we all want.

Why we get out of bed and put our boots on.

We want to build something that helps us,our kids and our kids kids.

If you are tired too of lacing your boots up, for seemingly nothing and spinning your wheels stay tuned.

Learning how to harness the dark,
Figuring out why you are in there and why it hurts....

Lesson....
1. Never do anything unless it fulfills you and your values.
2. If you commitment to something...finish it...no matter why you said you would do it.

There is a reason I teach you need to love yourself first so when unexpected things happen you can deal with them.
I teach communication and integrity and when that seems to working amazing things can turn on a dime in relationships because of one thing...we are PEOPLE and people make their own decisions.

Right or wrong.

Without that first part I would be a puddle but that being said, I am up for adoption again and not ashamed of it.

Whether it's a job, relationships, family we all have our s**t and if what most of you see in here is the highlight reels.

What you get with me is absolutely not a highlight reel.

You get the REAL SH*T...THE BLOOPERS.

Because that's what this world needs.

Your kids need you to be REAL.

YOUR PARTNER NEEDS YOU TO BE REAL.

This is why the world is disposable and fake.

Fake friends...throw away jobs and relationships.

In the end you have to sleep in your bed.

You have to tell YOUR TRUTH.

Right now my truth is I am up for adoption and I have a lot of love to give.

You guys create amazing things for others everyday.
This includes your family.
Your company you work for gets richer.
Your partner gets to drives an awesome vehicle.
Your family gets to live in a nice house.

What do you get?

You get to visit nice house a couple days a month.

You get to drive the nice vehicle once and a while.

You get to sacrifice your time so your family has a nice life which is so f**ken commendable.

But what are you creating for YOUR future?

Your family is only one piece of the equation.

You will find when you start planning for your personal future you will be able to pour more into the rest of the people in your life.

In doing this everyone else around can level up because you are leveling up!

It starts with you and with our new company this would be one way you can learn how to invest in yourself.

Build yourself up.

You will start to build your legacy with you and your family when you start to BUILD YOURSELF UP.

Consider how doing this allows your to create AMAZING things in your life.
