Iron Project Management Theory
The traditional project management theory focused mainly on Iron Triangle elements ( Time, Cost, and Scope).
After that three new elements added to the triangle ( Quality, Resources, and Risk). All of these six elements could be considered as competing constraints for project success.

‎ركزت نظرية إدارة المشروع التقليدية بشكل أساسي على عناصر المثلث الحديدي (الوقت والتكلفة والنطاق).
بعد ذلك تمت إضافة ثلاثة عناصر جديدة إلى المثلث (الجودة ، والموارد ، والمخاطر). يمكن اعتبار كل هذه العناصر الستة بمثابة قيود متنافسة لضمان نجاح المشروع.

Tracking and focusing on the wrong elements of a project can be more harmful than helpful because doing so can distract you and your team from the things that truly matter.

يمكن أن يكون تتبع العناصر الخاطئة في المشروع والتركيز عليها أكثر ضررًا من كونه مفيدًا لأن القيام بذلك يمكن أن يصرفك أنت وفريقك عن الأشياء التي تهم حقًا.

Recently the needs for new elements to be controlled during project life cycle are essential.

This page is a trial to introduce a new project management theory named VIIC “ Value, Interfaces, Information Technology Applications, and Claims Management” as new elements / arms for Iron Project Management.

هذه الصفحة عبارة عن تجربة لتقديم نظرية جديدة لإدارة المشروع تسمى VIIC "أدارة القيمة ، وأدارة المتداخلات ، وتطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الادارة ، وإدارة النزاعات" كعناصر وأذرع جديدة للإدارة الحديدية للمشروع.

The new theory four elements could interact with or or add to knowledge areas, processes, and / or tools of the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), but not to ignore neither to overcome them.

يمكن أن تتفاعل عناصر النظرية الأربعة الجديدة مع أو تضيف إلى مجالات المعرفة والعمليات و / أو أدوات كتاب المعرفة لإدارة المشاريع (PMBOK) التابع لمعهد إدارة المشاريع ، ولكنها لا تتجاهل أيًا منها او تحاول التغلب عليها.
