A little rodeo, a little pancake duty, and a lot of great community spirit. 🤠

We were proud to sponsor and attend the Okotoks & Foothills Pro Rodeo this weekend, alongside our client Metlen Energy & Metals.

Kim and Dayna kicked off the day serving breakfast to the rodeo royalty and the many volunteers who help make the event happen; a pretty great way to spend a morning in the Foothills!

We always enjoy opportunities to support local events, connect with the community, and have a little fun along the way. Thanks to everyone behind the scenes for a fantastic rodeo. We had a great time and are already looking forward to the next one!

Another great day on the course at the Spryng kubicek Golf Tournament!

We’re proud to sponsor this event each year, and it’s always one of the highlights of the summer. It was a fantastic day spent catching up with clients, industry friends, and colleagues while enjoying some friendly competition.

This year we had a little fun dressing up with a couple of our clients. And while we were a little off from 1st place, we had a lot of good laughs.

Another great day on the course at the CALEP Golf Tournament!

Another Calgary Stampede is in the books, and what a great one it was. 🤠

From kicking things off at Minister Dreeshen's Stampede event, to welcoming clients, partners, and friends to our BRITT RADIUS Stampede Breakfast, catching up with colleagues at the Canadian Association of Land and Energy Professionals Lease & Lasso Breakfast, and spending time at the rodeo, it was a week full of meaningful conversations, new connections, and lasting relationships.

June is National Indigenous History Month in Canada, and today, June 21, we recognize National Indigenous Peoples Day. A time to honour the histories, cultures, resilience, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples.

For those of us working in land, infrastructure, energy, and development projects, this is also an important reminder that meaningful engagement is not a checkbox; it is a responsibility.

The projects we support take place on lands with deep history, rights, relationships, and responsibilities. We understand the importance of knowing when regulatory consultation alone may not be enough, and when early, respectful engagement with Indigenous communities can create greater clarity, reduce project risk, and support better outcomes.

Today, we are reminded to keep learning, listen with intention, and continue building relationships grounded in respect, transparency, and trust.
