You know what’s funny?

I went looking for reasons not to trust this industry…and I found them.

But I also found something else:

A version of digital marketing that isn’t loud, pushy, or unrealistic…It’s flexible. It’s skill-based. And for a lot of women...it’s life-changing.

Both things can exist at once.The key is knowing the difference.

So let me be really clear about what this is and isn’t (because I wish someone had done that for me):

This IS:
▫️Working with real products + real company partnerships
▫️Learning high-income, transferable skills (marketing, content, automation)
▫️Earning commissions (and yes, early on that can be up to 100%)
▫️Building something of your own, on your schedule, around your family
▫️A business model with no ceiling on what you can earn

This is NOT:
▫️Hosting parties
▫️Messaging your friends and family
▫️Holding inventory
▫️Relying entirely on recruiting people to make money
▫️A “get rich quick” situation

And here’s the honest truth…

If you go digging online, you will find exactly what you’re looking for.The good. The bad. And the very ugly.

There are shady corners of the internet in every industry. This one included.

But for the love of God…don’t let some random thread on Reddit be the thing that forms your entire opinion on something you’ve never actually experienced or had properly explained.

Ask questions. Get clarity. Have real conversations.

Because confusion doesn’t mean something is a scam…it usually just means you haven’t had it broken down in a way that actually makes sense yet.

Every year, we take this picture, and every year I look back at the ones before it and can’t believe how much our family has grown. 🤍

Ten days under one roof is a LOT of people, meals, dishes, laundry and noise… but somehow, it’s still one of our favourite parts of summer.

Because time isn’t guaranteed.

One day the kids will be busy with sports, friends, summer jobs and lives of their own, and getting everyone together won’t be quite so easy.

So for now, we’ll soak up the sticky hands, early mornings, screaming and chaos.

Because these are the days we’ll miss someday. ❤️
