I have been guiding and teaching since I was a teenager. I have facilitated, trained and coached on a variety of subjects – from leadership, strategic planning, interviewing and teambuilding to coaching leaders in communication, strategic thinking, handling change and managing difficult employees. I have long-term relationships with many satisfied clients – over 80% of my work is repeat and referral work every year.
