Reviewing Condominiums
Most Condominium Managers “fall into” the role - in 2006, I decided I wanted to manage condos. In an effort to be the best in the business, I achieved my Registered Condomium Manager designation in both Ontario and Alberta. I received my Property Manager license in 2015 and Certified Property Manager designation in 2016.
None of these designations or licneses are a requirement to be a property manager in Canada.
I bring over 10 years experience as a condominium manager, owner and landlord.
