From out of status to a fresh start in Canada 🇨🇦
This one means a lot to us — and I guess, for them, even more.
A family with two children had fallen out of status in Canada and was unable to work because of their immigration situation for 6 months.
The main applicant’s original LMIA had been refused when represented by another agency. The main concern was the high rate of pay. As a result, the spouse could no longer work. On top of that, their two children had to stop going to school.
A truly devastating situation for a family.
A high-wage LMIA in the restaurant industry in Metropolitan Victoria can be difficult to justify, especially in the current environment. But we kept working on the case, eventually, the LMIA was approved. ✅
Now, the family’s status has been restored. The couple can go back to work, and their children can go back to school.
This is why careful preparation, strong evidence, and persistence matter.
Not every case is easy. Not every application gets approved. But when there is a genuine case to build, we keep working toward the best possible outcome.
Congratulations.
