I've spent over 30 years in pharmacy, and I'm proud of the work I do. ❤️

But I also have dreams for my family's future, more places I want to explore, and goals I'm working toward.

That's why I decided to start building something alongside my full-time career. One step at a time, learning as I go, and seeing what's possible. ✨

A little bit of everything that makes me ME — my family, watching Jaxx play baseball ⚾, my pharmacy career 💊, my chai latte ☕, our crazy pup Luna 🐾, travelling, and building my digital business.

It represents the dreams I'm working toward, the memories I'm making, the people I love, and the life I'm creating one step at a time. 🩷

💊💗 Happy National Pharmacy Technician Day! 💗💊

Today, I'm celebrating a career that has been a big part of my life for nearly 30 years!

Working in pharmacy has taught me so much about teamwork, dedication, attention to detail, and caring for others. I'm proud of the work I do and the role pharmacy technicians play in helping patients receive safe and effective care. ❤️

But there's another side of me, too! I'm a wife, a mom, a baseball mom, and someone who is always thinking about the future and what else might be possible.

That's one of the reasons I've started building a digital business alongside my pharmacy career. I love what I do, but I also have dreams for my family's future, and I'm excited to keep growing and exploring new opportunities. ✨

Today, I'm celebrating where I've been, what I've learned, and the possibilities still ahead!

Happy National Pharmacy Technician Day to all my fellow pharmacy technicians! You do important work, and you deserve to be celebrated. 🩷

🏔️✨ What a fantastic day at my conference in beautiful Kananaskis! 🌲💚

We started the day with breakfast and opening speeches, followed by a beautiful trail walk surrounded by the mountains and fresh mountain air. 🥰

Then it was back to collaborating, sharing ideas, learning from one another, and gaining new perspectives. There's something so valuable about bringing people together who are passionate about making a difference! 💚

We wrapped up the evening with dinner and some fun team games… and guess what? 🏆 Our team won the tallest spaghetti tower challenge! 😂🍝🙌

A day filled with learning, connection, teamwork, and a whole lot of fun. Feeling grateful to be part of it! ❤️

This girl is headed to the mountains for a two-day conference, and I couldn’t be more excited! 🥰

There’s just something about being surrounded by beautiful mountains, towering trees, and breathing in that fresh mountain air that makes you feel refreshed and grateful. 🌲⛰️

A couple of days to learn, connect with amazing people, share ideas, and soak up the beauty of nature? Yes, please! 🙌💕

Sometimes the best things happen when we step away from our everyday routine, open ourselves up to new experiences, and make time for a little growth.

💕 If you could put your favourite memories in a tin, what would be inside? 💕

For me, it would be baseball games, family adventures, road trips, time with my favourite people, and all the little moments with Luna that make our house feel like home. ⚾️🐾❤️

These are the moments I never want to miss.

As a healthcare worker, wife, and baseball mom, I know how quickly life gets busy. Between work, responsibilities, and everything in between, it's easy to put our dreams on the back burner.

That's one of the reasons I decided to build a digital business alongside my career. 💻

Not because I want to stop living the life I have, but because I want to keep creating opportunities for the life I'm working toward.

✨ More family adventures. ✨ More opportunities to travel. ✨ More time to be present for the moments that matter. ✨ The chance to grow something of my own while continuing to do the work I love.

I'm still on the journey, learning, growing, and working toward those goals. And I know that every little step counts.

Because at the end of the day, it's not just about what we achieve. It's about the memories we create along the way. 💗
