I have been passionate and working out for over 20 yrs. I was 16 yrs old, skinny, small, awkward, uncoordinated and full of low self esteem.

I began training and started seeing results. Others noticed too.. I entered my 1st Body Building Competition at 17 yrs old. I was afraid, petrified until I went on Stage. Almost instantly people were cheering, my posing music was blaring, then BOOM!!! ... I felt like a ROCK STAR!! Ever since then my life changed ! WHAT I OFFER

We can utilize any and or all equipment you may have but NOT REQUIRED.
