Metro Glass Products is a Canadian owned company based in Calgary since 1971, we manufacture high quality aluminum doors, storefronts, curtain systems, windows, sliders and vents for new and retrofit commercial buildings. We supply to a large number of glass shops in Calgary and Canada Wide. We are also a recognized subcontractor taking on projects within the same region. We have reach

 Our brand new state of the art plant with 26,000 SF in space is located at the most convenient NW corner of Deerfoot Trail�and Country Hills Blvd, Calgary, AB. The new plant is equipped with highly digital precision machines, we have a strong, long term and highly skilled assembly line, our fabricators work well together to produce the best aluminum products in the industry, Our current lead time for any of our products is 2 weeks.
 Metro Glass has strict manufacture codes and compliance guiltiness for our products and workmanship. In shop final approval of finished products procedures insure that we delivery the best quality, value and reliability. We provide to all of our customers and projects with 2 years warranty on all of our aluminum products and workmanship.
 Metro Glass manufactures a series of high quality aluminum doors, frames, sliding doors, windows, storefront systems and curtain wall systems for new and renovation retrofit commercial buildings such as stores, malls, warehouses, and office buildings.

We are renovating with operable windows for our offices. Our crew was working on our own building yesterday. Another great project completed 2019. Grandin Tower in St. Alberta. Metro Glass has manufactured and installed all aluminum doors and windows for this renovation project. This building now is home to many offices from 2nd to 5th for and a daycare, a restaurant at main floor. The blue glass is blending in perfectly with the blue wall. A beautiful renovation project called Cube completed by Metro Glass for SBI in downtown Calgary. This project was on headline news on Canadian Construction Magazine across Canada for weeks. Many of you may not know this building was an empty office building and SBI has converted it into a 7 floor, 60 units of apartment building with retail space on main floor. Metro Glass was proud to be a big part of this project for supplying and installation of Metro Glass newly designed and tested thermally broken vents, along with all high efficiency insulated glass, painted spandrel glass. colour panels. We also replaced with all new bronze caps and pressure plates. The building now is outstanding and vibrating in downtown. And all suits are fully rented. Thanks SBI brought new life to downtown Calgary! Thanks SBI gave Metro Glass a great opportunity to show case Metro Glass’s high quality, energy efficient aluminum products. A completely show case of excellence of products Metro Glass can built for its customers. This Set of pictures with aluminum storefronts and curtain wall windows on each building( 6 buildings altogether) were taken last Friday on site. Mei Xue, the CEO of Metro Glass was invited to the grand opening of The Stump and Tavern in Fireside Gates, Cochrane. The food and drinks were served for suppliers who worked on these buildings. It was a great opportunity to meet the owner of Lavita Properties, architect, and other trades. The most exciting time for Mei Xue is to see how nice the buildings are completed with beautiful landscaping. And all the units are leased out to businesses and they are all opening and in business! Well done Lavita Properties and Cal-bridges Homes! A remarkable community you have built in Cochrane! Metro Glass is Proud to be part of it!

Metro Glass is Proud to be a part of building brand new grand stand for Ponoka Stampede. Pictures are finished aluminum sliders ( Metro Glass M series sliders) for private suites along with Metro Glass A Series glass window walls and built in Metro Glass 150 series doors on the top of both sides of the grand stand. 2 of Metro Glass’ traditional products are best applied in this project to achieve cost effective For out door structure. The project will start to be installed on Monday, April 15th, 2019 and finish installation by April 20th, 2019. just in time for the grand open for tarp auction on May 3rd, 2019. The most homey and styling Tim Horton of all! It is the brand new Tim Horton in Carstairs! We are so glad to be part of this job. It was a cold and quite weekend. Cliff and I took the time and drove out to Carstairs to check out the new store we have completed in November last year for the ownership. Due to the weather, shop is quiet inside but a lot of drive through. The staff in the shop was so courtesy, Cliff had his regular coffee and I had a small steeped tea. During the Conversation with the staff, We found out that the grand opening was in early December just in time for Christmas. A perfect time for staring a new coffee shop! I took my time in the shop and looked around, the interior design is so fresh and modern from traditional Tim Hortons. There are computer outlets almost by each table, there is row of built in black color bar high table along front curtail wall windows we installed and all chairs are in bright red color! It is perfectly pairing up with the red powder coated main doors! And the red Tim Horton Signage about the doors. At the far right corner there are 3 tables comfortably layout in side by 2 sides of curtail windows with half glass screen for a little privacy. It is so cozy. I can see it is designed for small group gathering. This Tom Horton looks like Starbucks in a lot ways. It is good for the business and good for the locals. I will go back there and have a coup of tea whenever I have time!
