She believes in Filipino culture's fundamental aspect: working together as a community to achieve a common and more significant goal. She promotes the principles and values of Transparency! and Connectivity! With her team, her primary goal is to reach out to the vulnerable market susceptible to immigration, education and employment exploitation and increase their awareness through concerted innovative actions and solutions. Lisa volunteered for seven years (7), from 2014 to 2021, for her professional community, the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). She started serving as a Membership Committee member. From May 2019 to November 2021, CAPIC acclaimed her as one of the Board of Directors. She filled the Prairies Chapter Chair, Policy Committee Chair, and Governance Committee Vice-Chair positions. While on the board, she was also a member of the Joint Policy and Lobbying Committee with CAPIC and CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants). Lisa will continue to act for everyone’s best interests. She will also endeavour to give back to her professional organization affiliations as a competent regulated practitioner and a volunteer.
