Who is Bossy Pants?

I’m Jaime McClintock, a Leadership + Business Coach for ambitious entrepreneurs. Outside of my professional life I am a wife to a wonderful hubby, mom to two beautiful little kiddos, a strong advocate of women in leadership, an avid puppy snuggler, and believer that your big crazy dream is totally possible!

I’ve devoted my professional career to building brands that make a positive impact on their community and to helping other business owners like you launch, grow, & scale their businesses to create the life every entrepreneur dreams of.

Like so many little girls before me, I grew up being told that I was bossy. I had a mind of my own from the start, and have always been an overachiever with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. I believe strongly in collaboration over competition, and am a business owner myself of three thriving businesses, so I know exactly what you are going through at this moment!

I began my career in the restaurant industry, helping manage and open new restaurants across various cities, and transitioned into event planning where I helped create hundreds of “happily ever afters” for beaming couples. While pursuing my event planning career I had the unique opportunity to purchase a water ski facility with my husband, and within our first year we transformed that business from a floundering hobby to a solid 6-figure business all by shaking up what the industry said was the “right” business plan and scaling the business to work for us.
