Під час своїх консультацій та в роботі з клієнтами я часто помічаю, що заявники забувають оновлювати свої дані в різних заявках та процесах, тому підготувала вам шпаргалку коли і що оновлювати:

🍁Express Entry профіль:
- оновлюйте postal code, сімейний стан, інформацію про роботу, мовні тести, якщо перездавали
- слідкуйте за валідністю ваших мовних тестів та ECA, оновлюйте при потребі
🍁Alberta EOI:
- обов'язково оновлюйте якщо були зміни в тривалості WP, NOC, NAICS роботодавця, вік- якщо змінилися бали
- переконайтеся, що заявка ще актуальна та синхронізовуйте з даними в Express Entry, якщо стосується
🍁Після подачі на номінацію:
- оновлюйте адресу, контактну інформацію, паспортні дані, WPs, сімейні дані, ситуацію щодо працевлаштування(тут обережно- треба продовжувати кваліфікувати), отримання ліцензії тощо

🍁Після подачі на PR по економічних програмах:
- зміни в адресі, контактній інформації
- зміни в сімейному стані
- inadmissibility issues: судимість, порушення кримінальної справи, відмова в візі, депортація вас чи залежних членів родини з будь-якої країни
- втрата чи зміна роботи (якщо програмою вимагається продовження роботи)
- народження дітей- навіть якщо вони канадці
- отримання нового паспорту, статусного документа

🍁Неекономічні програми:

зміни в адресі, контактній інформації
- зміни в сімейному стані
- отримання нового паспорту, статусного документа
- в деяких випадках - виїзди за кордон

I think it's time to reintroduce myself to my new followers.

My name is Tetiana Karbovanets, I am a licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant from Calgary, Alberta. I've been practicing immigration law since 2017 and submitted hundreds immigration applications since then.

Although, I work with different immigration programs, I am most passionate about Family Immigration and Express Entry Applications.

For me, being an immigration consultant, is about being able to find the best solutions for my clients. I am here to make your immigration easier.

Because I work a lot with Ukrainian clients due to common background, you will find that some of my posts here will be in Ukrainian language (you can always use the translation button, if you need to). But I do work with applicants from different backgrounds and can provide services in English and French (though, the letter is still in progress, so don't judge my grammar)

A few facts about me that you need to know:

🌻 I hate voice messages, please send me a text if you need to, just don't record the voicemail
🌻 I love getting feedback from my clients but often too shy to ask for it
🌻 I value my relationship with my clients, but against fraternizing and crossing the borders of professional relationship with my clients- we can be friends, but only after we stopped working together
🌻I will not provide services to Russians due to my conflict of interest- I will not be able to represent you fairly, no hard feelings. The only exception - mixed families and people who left Russia long before the war in Ukraine and don't support the aggressor.
🌻 I am a small business owner who works full time as an immigration consultant. This is my only source of income. That's why even though I love helping people, I am not able to provide my services for free, every job needs to be compensated. If you are struggling financially we can talk about reasonable discounts or installment plans, but don't ask me for free consultations or immigration support.
🌻 I don't have a large team and answer all the inquiries personally. Please be patient if you don't here from me after you DM me. Better book a consultation.

❓ Чи можна міняти роботу або професію, якщо готуюсь до Express Entry?
🇨🇦 Так, можна! Але є кілька важливих умов:

🔹 Можна змінювати і роботу, і професію – головне, щоб:
– Ваш досвід був у TEER 0, 1, 2 або 3 (це кваліфіковані професії)
– Досвід у різних професіях також зараховується — його можна комбінувати

🔹 Робота не обов’язково має бути full-time на одного роботодавця:
– Можна працювати на кількох роботах одночасно
– Підсумовується все, якщо це кваліфікований досвід

🔹 Скільки досвіду потрібно для Express Entry (CEC):
✅ Мінімум 12 місяців безперервної роботи
✅ Мінімум 1560 годин
⚠️ Години понад 30/тиждень не враховуються
⚠️ Навіть якщо ви набрали 1560 годин швидше – раніше ніж за 12 місяців досвід не зарахують

🔹 Part-time робота теж рахується!

🇺🇦 Верховна Рада запровадила інститут множинного громадянства! 🌍

🗓 Сьогодні, 18 червня 2025 року, парламент ухвалив закон про множинне громадянство – за «за» проголосували 243 депутати. Законодавчу ініціативу подав президент Зеленський .

🔑 **Що важливо знати:**

• Закон дозволяє мати кілька громадянств, збереження українського дозволено в низці випадків:
– дитина, яка народилася з подвійним громадянством;
– усиновлення іноземцями;
– шлюб із іноземцем;
– автоматичне набуття іноземного громадянства за законом іншої країни;
– набуття іноземцями громадянства України (спрощений порядок);
– здобуття іноземного громадянства з країн зі спрощеною процедурою.

• Але: заборонено подвійне громадянство з країнами‑агресорами (наприклад, РФ) або державами, які не визнають цілісність України .

The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants is officially open. The CICC is now the official regulator of immigration and citizenship consultants across Canada. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/2021/11/new-college-of-immigration-and-citizenship-consultants-officially-opens.html

All paid immigration and citizenship consultants must be licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants to work with IRCC. The College has new powers and tools to investigate professional misconduct, discipline its licensees, and protect the public from unlicensed consultants. This is a significant step in the fight against immigration fraud.

You don't have to hire a representative to help with your Canadian immigration or citizenship application, but if you choose to do so, choose carefully.

The current border restrictions and entry requirements to Canada will remain in effect until November 21, 2021.

As of September 7, 2021, fully vaccinated travellers from any country can enter Canada for discretionary reasons, if they meet specific requirements.

Fully vaccinated travellers must show proof that they received a full series of a Government of Canada-accepted vaccine, or accepted combination of vaccines, at least 14 days before entry. Travellers must also provide a negative molecular test taken 72 hours before arrival, or a positive test taken between 14 and 180 days before arrival.

All travellers to Canada must submit all required COVID-19 information electronically into prior to travel to Canada.

As you know Canada reopened its boarders for vaccinated visitors all around the world on September 7, 2021. As we are getting more and more inquiries about visitor visas, we decided to answer one of the most common questions: how long you can stay in Canada as a visitor?

The general rule is you can stay for 6 months at a time unless the boarder officer decided to limit your stay. In this case you will get a stamp in your passport telling you the date, by which you need to leave the country. In other cases, you might receive a special document, that will determine the maximum duration of your visit.

The duration of stay is not limited by calendar year. It means that if you stayed in Canada for 3 months and then returned to your home country, next time you come to visit Canada you can stay for 6 months again, even if it is within the same calendar year.

If you need to stay in Canada longer, you can apply for an extension of status. In this case, you will receive a paper document called “Visitor Record” allowing you to stay in Canada longer.

You have to apply for extension before your status expires. After you applied for extension, even if your 6-months deadline expired before you received an answer, you will continue to maintain your legal status in Canada untill the decision is on your application is made.

Keep in mind, that if you are extending your status by more than 6 months, you might be asked to take a medical exam.
