Christine Samonte

Christine Samonte I help hardworking Moms start digital businesses that they can run around their family’s schedule. My name is Christine. I have always wanted to live in Canada.

I’m a happy wife to Dan, and a proud Mom to our son Ethan. We’re originally from the Philippines, but moved to Calgary, Alberta in 2008. I believed it’s the place where we could settle and achieved our dreams. We had lots of plans, but then I got pregnant. We were so happy. After almost 15 years of waiting, we were going to be parents. All the things we planned to do like going back to school came

to a halt. Having a child changed our lives, our goals, and our priorities! It was not easy. Prior to having my Digital Business, life was challenging. We worked shifts so we could take care of Ethan. My husband worked in the morning and I in the evening. We were always rushing. We had no time to enjoy the simple pleasure of spending the whole day as a family because weekends were work days too. It was tiring and frustrating. Our relationship suffered a lot, but we had no choice (That’s what I thought). We were able to save, but we were not really happy. Then the year 2018 became a turning point for me… I decided to do something that would benefit myself and my family. I took action and started my own Digital business. Over the years, I kept looking for other ways to help in our finances. It never crossed my mind that working for yourself would be the answer! This Digital business fits well for me. I can run it at my own pace. I get to earn while enjoying quality time with my boys doing the things we love. Although this is not an overnight thing, I saw the potential that this could bring to my family: NO MORE TAKING EXTRA SHIFTS and ANOTHER SOURCE OF INCOME FOR US! Fast forward to this day, I am grateful I took a leap of faith. Now, my son is happy because we get to spend more time with him. I realized we can always make more money, but we can’t get back time. It’s true. How many hours do you spend at your job every week? How many memories do you miss out on? If you would be given a chance to do something you have always wanted to do… would you take it? Think about it. How would it change your life? Believe that you are worthy and deserving of an amazing life so decide to make a change and start valuing long term joy and fulfillment over momentary happiness and comfort. Just DECIDE. Just START. The TWO STEPS you need to CREATE the LIFE you really WANT. Register and start here www.lifeofpurpose.ca and LEARN HOW TO RUN A DIGITAL BUSINESS AROUND YOUR FAMILY’S SCHEDULE!

"The Turtle Theory" reminds you that life isn't a race you have to win overnight—it's a journey you're allowed to take one step at a time.

In a world that constantly pressures you to be faster, better, and ahead, it's easy to feel like you're falling behind just because your progress is quiet and slow.

But like the turtle, you are still moving, still growing, still becoming-and that matters more than speed ever will.

There will be days when you need to retreat, to protect your peace, to gather strength, and that doesn't make you weak-it makes you wise.

So be gentle with yourself, trust your own pace, and remember that even the slowest steps can lead you exactly where you're meant to be.🐢🐢🐢

“In life, falling into the water of failure is an inevitable reality that no one can truly avoid.

But I’ve learned that the difference between successful and unsuccessful people is not the avoidance of these moments; it is how they choose to respond to them.

When you experience a setback, you have a choice: you can allow it to pull you under, or you can practice the 24 hour rule.

Give yourself one day to experience the agony of defeat as deeply as possible, but once those 24 hours have passed, you must put it behind you and focus your energy on the next opportunity.” - John Maxwell🦋

The problem is, you think you have time.

You think you’ll finally take the trip when the kids are older.

You’ll slow down once the mortgage is gone.

You’ll enjoy life after everything settles down.

But most people don’t realize the clock is ticking… until it’s almost out.

On average, we get 80 summers — if we’re lucky.

But you only get about 18 summers with your kids at home.

Maybe 10 real vacations as a whole family.

And just a few dozen weekends that turn into lifelong memories.

The rest?

They disappear into “someday.”

Someday we’ll go.
Someday we’ll rest.
Someday we’ll live.

Stop waiting for someday.

Say yes to the last-minute road trip.
Watch the sunset even if the dishes are piled up.

Take the walk, the call, the moment — before it passes.

Money can grow back. Time can’t.

You don’t need millions to live richly.

You just need to stop postponing joy.

I saw this visual metaphor online and it really hit me:

Two meals...one burnt after an hour at 900°F, the other cooked to perfection after three hours at 300°F.

Same ingredients.
Different results.

It was such a solid reminder:
Growth isn’t about rushing. It’s about the right pace.

In a world that glorifies speed and hustle, we forget that some of the best things in life.... skills, success, even healing...take time.

So if your journey feels slow right now, don’t stress.
You’re not falling behind.

You might just be slow-cooking something exceptional.
