As we approach the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we pause to honour the survivors, their families, and Indigenous communities. This time is about remembering the past, learning from it, and recognizing the responsibility we all share in moving reconciliation forward.
At InSync Systems, one way we are putting reconciliation into action is by collaborating with the national organization, Indigenous Link. Indigenous Link works with employers and communities to connect Indigenous professionals with meaningful opportunities, promote inclusive hiring practices and amplify Indigenous voices in the workforce. Through their work, they help reduce barriers, support career development, and foster economic reconciliation across Canada.
We are proud to stand with lndigenous Link in fostering equity and inclusion. We encourage everyone to learn more about Indigenous Link (indigenous.link), to explore the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action, and consider how they can contribute meaningfully.
