Every film takes on a different journey. This particular film Ice Cowboy captured an incredible story about Tommy Anderson. We were fortunate to have had special time with his sister Margie, who remains forever in our hearts. She shared with us incredible stories growing up in Drumhellar and Sylvan lake in the 1920’s, & 1930’s having an older brother who played professional hockey in New York City, then enlisting in WWII after winning the prestigious Hart trophy.

My team & I are so stoked to have this film screening in NYC this weekend. ICE COWBOY is a short bio pic of Tommy Cowboy Anderson, an NHL phenomenon from the 10930’s & 1940’s. He played for the A’Merks & Brooklyn Americans, iconuc hockey teams owned by gangster Bill Dwyer. ‘Cowboy won the prestigious Hart trophy, he then enlisted in WWII.
