Happy 100th Birthday Fern! One of our weekly mowing customers was hosting a 100th birthday today for their mother and asked if we could mow the lawn a few days later than our usual Wednesday mow in order to pickup all the leaves 🍂 and make things pretty for the party. We couldn’t say no! After we got the yard back in order and looking crisp with a double cut, I couldn’t help but recommend my sisters business to them incase they wanted a nice lawn greeting for the party…I’m sure this will put a big smile on her face! 😁💯🎉🎈

With all this rain ☔️ the conditions this week will be ideal for any lawn in need of a Lawn (core) Aeration.

Aerating your lawn will improve your lawn’s health, and is a must for older lawns. Aerating punches holes in your lawn and removes plugs/cores. These plugs get left behind on the lawn & slowly breakdown, helping to circulate the soil and top-dress the lawn.

The holes left in your lawn allow for more oxygen, water, & fertilizer to deeply pe*****te the roots.

It’s crucial that your lawn soil is saturated enough to receive the proper benefits of a Lawn (Core) Aeration. If your soil is too dry, the length of cores/plugs removed will be too short and not reach the roots. It’s recommended to give your lawn a generous watering prior to aerating.

Spring lawn start-ups are underway!

🏁 The Toro Multiforce takes the checkered flag. 🏆 Thanks to this machine, we’re typically first to cross the finish line! 🥇We’re able to fit the multiforce with this plow on in the back of our pickup plow trucks. No more time lost from towing, unhitching, loading and strapping down a trailer! Not to mention the fuel we save since we ditched the trailer on the daily. We just want to know, when is it safe to swap the plow to the mower deck? Haha 🏆
