Based in Calgary, AB, Canada. The UNSCDF squad called the "Snowburners", was originally just three Halo 3-era Marines with 2/3-scale assault rifles. Over time, the ranks have been filled out with ODSTs, Spartans, AIs, and additional weaponry. The group is... based mostly in Alberta, Canada, with a special exception in BC. ekend of the 2011 Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo, an ODST, Master Chief, Jorge & grunt, and a blue Mk. The first 'power weapon' was a Sniper Rifle, followed by a Rocket Launcher. We hope to make the upcoming November release of Halo: CE: 10th Anniversary Edition, a huge event.....somewhere in Calgary most likely!!! Membership in this group has several requirements:
1) Must live in Alberta
2) You must have a high-quality Halo costume already, or can be vouched for by at least two current members as having a high-quality work-in-progress Halo costume. If you have no Halo costumes, you must have a pre-existing high-quality costume in another genre.
3) If you live outside Alberta, but troop with us locally (in Alberta) at a major event, a special invitation may be extended.
