The moment everything clicks for coaches isn't when they get their CRM set up.

It's when they see the map.
→ ONE ideal client
→ 3 core pain points
→ Services that directly solve those points

"Wait... I just need to help with THOSE points?"
Yes. That's it.

The coaches who breakthrough aren't the ones with the most services or the fanciest systems.

They're the ones who got laser-focused on solving specific problems for specific people.

What pain point do your ideal clients consistently struggle with?

If you've been avoiding LinkedIn because it feels "too salesy" or you don't know what to post... this one's for you.

I sat down with LinkedIn expert Sandra Clarke (whose tagline is literally "social media for the socially reluctant") to talk about how coaches can use LinkedIn authentically.

No pushy DMs. No cringe-worthy posts. Just real strategies for building genuine connections that actually convert.

Here's what we cover:
→ Why LinkedIn is different from other platforms (and why that matters)
→ The mindset shift that changes everything about your approach
→ What to post when you're not ready to "sell" yet
→ How to start conversations that don't feel icky

If you've been putting off LinkedIn because it feels overwhelming or inauthentic, Sandra breaks it down in a way that actually makes sense.

Your niche might be too broad if...

Sign 1: Your ideal client description takes 3+ sentences
"I help overwhelmed entrepreneurs who are stressed about their business and want better work-life balance and also need systems and maybe some mindset work..."

Sign 2: You can't explain what you do in one breath
If you need multiple "and also I help with..." statements, you're trying to be everything to everyone.

Sign 3: Different clients need completely different approaches
If your process changes dramatically based on who walks through the door, you don't have a niche - you have a consulting practice.

The fix isn't complicated:
→ Pick ONE type of person
→ Solve ONE core problem
→ Become known for ONE transformation

The coaches with waiting lists aren't the most versatile.

They're the most focused.

What's the ONE transformation you're best known for creating?

Many coaches are looking for new revenue streams when they're missing the ones right in front of them.

Instead of creating another program:
→ Which current clients could benefit from extended support?
→ What questions do clients ask after our work ends?
→ What transformation do they need next?
Instead of lowering prices to attract more clients:
→ What additional value could justify higher rates?
→ Which clients see the biggest results and why?
→ What outcome are they really paying for?
Instead of chasing new marketing channels:
→ Who in your network knows someone like your ideal client?
→ Which past clients would refer someone similar?
→ What content already converts but needs more visibility?

The coaches growing fastest aren't the ones finding new revenue.

They're the ones maximizing what's already working.

What existing part of your business could generate more revenue with the right attention?

Still hustling for clients even though you’re “doing all the right things”?

Here’s the truth: it’s not about effort.
It’s about structure.

What you really needs is a system that builds trust, guides the journey, and makes it easy to say YES.

The coaches I work with aren’t burning out trying to be everywhere - because their backend does the heavy lifting.

Want to stop guessing and start converting? Let’s build the system that supports your growth.

Most coaches get stuck because they're trying to run a business with only their coach brain activated.

Your Coach Brain says:
→ "I need to help everyone who reaches out"
→ "Charging more feels uncomfortable"
→ "I should be available 24/7 for my clients"

Your CEO Brain says:
→ "I serve my ideal clients exceptionally well"
→ "My pricing reflects my expertise and results"
→ "Boundaries create better outcomes for everyone"

The shift from coach to CEO isn't about losing your heart - it's about adding strategy to your passion.

I've been working with an experienced coach who knew she needed more than just a "doer" - she needed a strategic sounding board.

We dove into her Ideal Client Avatar, service menu, and marketing strategy.

The transformation? Eye-opening.

She suddenly saw how her services directly map to client pain points and connect to create a clear ladder that meets clients where they are.

Her content shifted from "hoping something resonates" to speaking directly to her ideal clients' daily challenges.

The best part? She told me, "I finally understand how it all fits together. My business actually makes sense now."

That's the power of strategic partnership. Sometimes you don't need someone to do the work FOR you - you need someone to think through it WITH you.

This is why I love the foundational work. It creates sustainable, strategic growth.

Have you ever had an "aha" moment where your business model suddenly made sense?

The AI question every coach is asking: "Will it replace me?"

Wrong question.

The right question: "How can it help me serve clients better?"

Here's how smart coaches are using AI as their business sidekick:

✅ Client onboarding sequences that feel personal but save hours
✅ Session follow-up emails with customized resources
✅ Content calendars that speak directly to client pain points
✅ Automated scheduling that eliminates the back-and-forth
✅ Proposal templates that adapt to each client's needs

The result? More time for the work only YOU can do - transformation, strategy, and human connection.

AI handles the busywork. You handle the brilliance.

Your coaching superpowers stay 100% human. Your admin systems get 100% smarter.

Most coaches think delegation means handing over client relationships. It doesn't.

The smartest delegation happens behind the scenes - freeing up your creative energy for the work that actually grows your business.

These 5 tasks are perfect starting points because they:

✅ Don't require your personal touch with clients
✅ Give you immediate time back
✅ Actually improve consistency when done by someone else

Swipe through to see which one you could delegate first →

Which of these tasks is eating up most of your time right now?
Drop a number (1-5) in the comments and let's talk about it.

The feast-or-famine cycle isn't a coaching business rite of passage - it's a systems problem.

When you rely on "inspiration strikes" for your marketing or wing every sales conversation, your revenue will mirror that chaos.

Consistent revenue comes from consistent, repeatable processes that work whether you're having a great day or barely keeping it together.

What part of your revenue generation feels most inconsistent right now?

This was Emma* after we helped her transition from "leadership coach for everyone" to "leadership coach for women in tech."

The shift happened right as the industry data confirmed what we suspected—niche and specialized coaching is growing fastest in a market of 145,000+ coaches. (https://siit.co/blog/the-coaching-industry-report-2025-growth-trends-and-future-outlook/34416)

Before: Competing on price, explaining what she did in every conversation, inconsistent $3K months

After: Premium pricing, referrals from specific industries, consistent $15K months with a waitlist

The counterintuitive truth? In a crowded market, being specific makes you more visible, not less.

Ready to hire a VA? Slow down there, speedster.

Before you bring in help, make sure you're not hiring stress on a stick. I've seen too many coaches rush into delegation without the right foundation - and it never ends well.

This week's vlog breaks down the 3 non-negotiable systems you need BEFORE you delegate:

✓ The recurring task audit (so your VA knows what to actually do)
✓ A proper task management hub (goodbye, sticky note chaos)
✓ An internal onboarding system (because mind readers are expensive)

Your VA isn't just a button to press - they're a skilled professional who needs structure to succeed.
