Thrive Office Manager
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary function of this position is to maintain a high level of management and client relations with a focus to grow the business to its’ optimal position consistent with the business plan (the latter will form the basis of bonuses).
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Maintain occupancy of all suites
• Provide reception/administrative function
• Grow new hourly counsellor clientele, expanding to other hourly clientele
• Grow virtual tenancies, boardroom/meeting/flex room rentals
• Develop and grow the virtual assistant component of the business
• Grow the Neuro-therapy practice

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• A degree in business or management would be an asset
• You must have very strong proven interpersonal skills with a warm and welcoming
demeanor
• You must be mature, stable and reliable, requiring little oversight and are highly self- motivated
• You must have the ability and drive, to grow and optimize the business
• You must have strong proven administrative skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
• You must have bookkeeping experience in Quick Books or have experience with
bookkeeping and software.
• You must have strong networking skills and are good with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter as preferably with well as Wix.
• It would be a great asset if you have creative abilities as well as experience in Adobe Suites
• It would be a considerably asset if you are a nurse or counsellor/psychologist as it relates to the Neuro-therapy practice.

This is a contract which starts at $32,000 to $48,000 per year. There are bonuses based on performance and business growth. A successful office manager in this position can make $43,000 to $78,000 per year.
