At age 45, I realized something quietly uncomfortable.

No one talked about this at work, but it was always in my mind:

For a long time, I thought Plan B meant:

I’ve learned it doesn’t.

Every January, I used to tell myself:

What I’ve learned is this:

One of the most important ones I now ask myself is:
