Had such a great conversation with Melissa from Elle Cherie Design today!

She stopped by the Space Ceiling showroom, and it was a pleasure getting to know her, hearing about her work, and exchanging ideas.

Such a great person and so easy to connect with. I’m looking forward to staying in touch and seeing where some of our ideas might lead.

Thanks again for coming by, Melissa. Hope to see you again soon!Make sure to check out 👉 Elle Cherie Design | Calgary Interior Designer and explore some of the amazing projects Melissa has worked on over the past 16 years. 👏

THIS IS THE PART YOU NEVER SEE.

Before the ceiling goes up, we build the light into it. DMX LED channels, every zone on its own address. One tap and the whole room changes mood.

Would you put this in your theater room?

This Calgary spa lobby concept was designed to create a calm, immersive atmosphere through integrated architectural lighting, warm wood textures, natural greenery, and reflective glossy finishes. The glowing translucent ceiling becomes the centerpiece of the space — creating soft ambient illumination that transforms the entire environment.

Dome ceilings require precision.

This 10’10” dome with a 4’ rise was finished using a custom printed cloud design on Clipso Ecophon material — creating a soft, natural skylight effect inside a complex curved space.

The goal wasn’t just visuals, but realism. Clean surface, seamless integration, and controlled lighting to mimic daylight.

Curved ceilings don’t hide mistakes — they expose them. Every detail matters.

Not just a ceiling. A designed atmosphere.
