This winter baby is stepping into her golden era with a resounding YES! They say age is just a number, but for me, it's a testament to a breathtaking journey, a badge of honor earned with grace and fire. From the wide-eyed child dreaming of the fullness of life, I stand here today, heart bursting, to tell that little girl: YOU DID IT! You did it with unwavering spirit, and I am fiercely proud. I celebrate the professional heights reached, but even more so, the soul cultivated, the heart expanded. I've become wiser, more deeply rooted in my emotions, a beacon of empathy, yet unwaveringly committed to the dreams that set my soul ablaze. To the child within, to the woman I am now, I say: I LOVE YOU. Every inch of you radiates pure, divine love. I've learned to love myself deeply, to honor my emotions, to stand firm in my dreams. This extraordinary celebration of life is just beginning, and I welcome the future with open arms, eager to embrace the wisdom and strength that come with each passing year. Passport to Integration se solidariza con la difícil situación que enfrentan miles de migrantes, especialmente aquellos provenientes de México, Colombia y Venezuela, quienes se han visto afectados por las recientes deportaciones masivas en Estados Unidos. Reconocemos el profundo impacto psicosocial y económico que estas medidas generan en las familias y comunidades migrantes, y nos unimos a su voz para ofrecer esperanza y apoyo en su proceso de adaptación y reubicación.

En estos momentos de incertidumbre, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de brindar recursos y herramientas que faciliten la integración de los migrantes en sus nuevos destinos. Abogamos por políticas de cuidado y protección que garanticen el bienestar de las familias migrantes, y hacemos un llamado a la colaboración entre entidades locales e internacionales para abordar esta crisis humanitaria de manera integral, priorizando la salud física y mental de quienes se han visto desplazados.”

2024 Thanksgivings - A Moment of Peace
Twenty-seven days at the hospital at the insect care units with my mom ! It feels like a lifetime, yet it’s just a blink in the grand scheme of things. Here I am, surrounded by the familiar faces of doctors and nurses, their steady hands a comforting presence in this unfamiliar place. I’m grateful for their care, their skill, and their unwavering dedication to my mother life !
In this quiet corner of the hospital, I’ve found a sense of peace amidst the chaos. I’ve ratified that self-care is essential, a gentle reminder to nourish my mind, body, and soul. I’ve witnessed the incredible resilience of the medical team, their ability to remain calm and focused in the face of adversity.
I’ve also discovered the power of knowledge and the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people. My sisters and I have become a team, learning from each other, supporting each other, and finding strength in our unity.
Today, as I watch my mother breathe, I feel a deep sense of gratitude. It’s a simple gift, a precious moment of peace in a world often filled with uncertainty. I’m thankful for her, for the love she’s given us, and for the opportunity to be here with her. She has been incredible strong fighting for her life ! She is my hero!

May your days be filled with peace and gratitude, and may you find comfort in the simple moments that make life truly special.
