Commercial glazing technicians
Permanent positions - All levels required
$28-$40 per hour plus benefits
General Job Description
Install, glaze, and seal commercial aluminum systems including entrances, storefronts, windows, and curtain wall
Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and installation details
Perform site measurements, layout, and preparation for glazing system installation
Fabricate aluminum frames, doors, and related materials as required in the shop or on site
Handle and install various types of commercial glass safely and accurately
Ensure all installations meet project specifications, industry standards and quality requirements
Operate power tools, lifts, and equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications
Experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall installation, or related aluminum and glass system installation
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and aluminum/glass installation techniques
High level of mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various site conditions
Valid driver’s license
