I realize this has ZERO % alcohol...BUT...I have a great reason for sharing.
Every February does their , and this year there are more than 150 entries!
A while back I was introduced to as a barista pop-up. I got chatting with them and discovered they do specialty, luxury coffee experiences at their place in Inglewood.
As someone who loves exploring taste and flavour and the unexpected, I was completely blown away!
So when I learned they had an entry in the , I knew it would be a must try!
It starts with liquefied 65% dark chocolate with whole milk. Then they add a Williams Pear emulsion, served with an almond tuile for scooping, and top it with a dusting of dark chocolate shavings. Once you get down about halfway, the final accouterment: minced ginger.
To call it an "experience" doesn't even begin to do it justice.
Just go try it while you can!
