What a weekend to remember! ❤️
From celebrating Grandma's incredible 100th birthday 🎉 to honoring NK's graduation in Delaware 🎓, every moment was a reminder of God's goodness and grace.
And then there was this special reunion with my dear friend Shiloh—my friend since secondary school. It's been over 20 years, and seeing each other again brought back so many memories. We remembered our struggles in Douala back in 2008, the challenges we faced, the dreams we carried, and the prayers we prayed. Looking back now, all we can say is: God is great!
We have come a long way, and through every trial, God has remained faithful. Shiloh continues to be a strong woman of God, and witnessing all that the Lord has done in our lives fills my heart with gratitude.
This video captures our fun Get Ready With Me moments—from our everyday outfits to getting dressed up for the celebration. But beyond the dresses and the smiles, it's really a story of friendship, perseverance, faith, and God's unfailing love.

Some friends, family members, partners, husbands, wives, cousins, and even siblings may never publicly celebrate you, support you, or acknowledge the good you've done for them.
Not because you haven't been there for them. Not because you haven't sacrificed, helped, encouraged, or stood by them when they needed you most.
Sometimes, it's because of the things they have said about you behind closed doors. Sometimes, it's because admitting your worth publicly would expose the unfair judgments, jealousy, or negativity they have directed toward you.
They may support others openly but remain silent when it comes to you. They may scroll past your achievements without a like, a comment, or a word of encouragement, no matter how great your accomplishment is.
Stay calm. Stay focused. Keep doing good.
You do not need everyone's applause to validate your value. Truth has a way of revealing itself, and time has a way of exposing what people try to hide.
Keep shining. Keep growing. Keep winning. The right people will celebrate you, and your blessings will speak louder than any silence.

DAY 3 — MY STORY ✨

Sometimes I pause and think about how far God has brought me.

From Cameroon… to Canada.
From rebuilding quietly… to slowly building the life and future I once prayed for.

I came to this country sponsored by amazing American/Canadian families and supported by a beautiful church filled with kind souls I will never forget. Their love and support became part of my journey, and I will always carry gratitude in my heart for them. 🤍

Motherhood has changed me deeply.
I’m still learning every day how to become a better mother, a better woman, and a stronger version of myself. I’ve also learned so much from incredible women around me, including my dear friend Ngwa in London, and especially from my own beautiful mother whose strength continues to inspire me.

Today, while attending the Women’s Day High Tea organized by of Virtue Network Calgary, I smiled realizing how life can still hold beauty even after difficult seasons.

Our table was called “Duchess of the Tea Club” 👑
Elegant dresses. Statement hats. Pearls. Grace. Sisterhood.

And while I enjoyed this beautiful moment, I also remembered that behind the smiles is a woman still building… still healing… still dreaming big.

I’m building my online digital business one step at a time through “LioTich Digital Freedom.”

My ambitions are high, and by God’s grace, I will keep moving forward no matter what tries to discourage me. 🌸

DAY 4 — TEACH SOMETHING SMALL ✨

One thing I’m learning in this season of life is this:

You do not need to have everything figured out to move forward.

As a travel health care assistant working in different cities, balancing long shifts, hotel stays, personal goals, faith, and building my online business… I’ve learned that small consistent habits matter more than perfection.

Here are 3 things helping me stay productive and peaceful right now:

A clean environment helps your mind feel calmer and clearer.

✨ Prepare the night before
Even small preparation reduces stress in the morning.

✨ Protect your peace
Not every distraction deserves your energy. Focus on your growth quietly.

REAL LIFE ROUTINE ✨

This is what my life looks like lately…

Hotel rooms. Early mornings. Coffee. Scrubs. Laptop work in between shifts. Trying to stay organized while building a bigger future at the same time.

I work as a travel health care assistant, so sometimes life moves fast and doesn’t always look glamorous. But I’ve learned that growth doesn’t have to look perfect to be meaningful.

Some days it’s caregiving.
Some days it’s cleaning and resetting my space because peace matters to me.
Some days it’s learning, building online, helping people, answering messages, or dreaming about the life I’m creating.

I truly believe small consistent steps can change your life.

So here’s a little reminder that you do not need to “have it all together” before you start building something beautiful. 🤍

WHO AM I? ✨

Hi, my name is Tichok.

I’m a health care assistant, a mother, a woman building a dream, and someone who truly believes life can get better even when things feel hard.

I live in Canada now, but my roots are from Cameroon. I grew up in a big home filled with people, love, sharing, and community… and I think that shaped the person I am today.

I love helping people.
Whether it’s caring for seniors, supporting newcomers, encouraging women, or helping families through my NGO,… my heart has always been about people.

I also believe women deserve more freedom, more peace, more support, and opportunities that fit real life.

That’s one reason I started building online with and my page “LioTich Digital Freedom.”

I’m not here pretending to have everything figured out.
I’m still growing. Still learning. Still healing. Still becoming.
