BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES:
REXL REALTY IS giving great deals to it’s clients, agents, investors & partners including following:
Listing pricing options:
1. 1k- MLS LISTING - $500 for listing, $500 after Sold status. + buyer agent commission (3.5/1.5 model). You save minimum 40%.
2. $2500 sales commission (post sales)+ buyer agent commission (3.5/1.5 model) when listing price is > 500k. You save 35%.
3. If I get the buyer from my brokerage, seller pays total 5k for both sides. You save 70%.
Buyer’s Benefit:
1. 50% commission shared if no other referrals involved. Minimum $2500 up to $5,000.
Referrals:
25% of any referrals including referring realtors to my brokerage. You would get 25% from all the revenue generated from the referred agent.
Investors:
Invest in our construction, land development, Halal Mortgage and Brokerage franchises (all types of transaction including property management) anywhere in Alberta and earn great revenue. We accept remote partnership.
All payment would be through REXL brokerage.
