A wise mentor once rocked our world when he told us this…

"You're not in the tea business or the beverage business"

"You are in the PEOPLE business"...

Was he ever right

We are all in the people business

A business does not exist merely to make money...

It exists to serve its customers and solve problems

And the best part about entrepreneurship is absolutely the people you meet along the way

For instance, our amazing electrician Dale

We met Dale when we were building our production line

He did such a good job the first time we worked with him, that we have gotten him to do every single electrical job we have had since

And he's become not only a great resource, but an even better friend

Now Dale stops by our office sometimes just to say hi

It's relationships like these that are the true rewards of business

People first, always

Meet the Tea-m!

Today we’re so excited to introduce you to Jarrett, another one of the Rviita family’s newest additions!

Jarrett is our part time production line superstar and has also been lending a helping hand around the office to make sure things stay organized and running smoothly.

When he’s not helping us make our delicious energy teas, he can be found working towards his business degree, playing hockey or taking day trips to the mountains (Rviita in hand of course- see slide 3).

Jarrett’s sense of humour is like none other, he operates with an amazing attention to detail, and brings a fun and positive energy to our growing team. Welcome to the family Jarrett- Rviita is blessed to have you!

The newest addition to the Rviita family…

Meet Brian!

How he came to work at Rviita is pretty cool

Mitch, our CEO, met Brian on an outdoor basketball court in the middle of the pandemic in 2021

With all the gyms in the city closed, there were only a few outdoor courts where some die-hards would show up to get a sweat in

Mitch would bring a cooler full of energy teas for everyone, and Brian immediately took a liking to the product

Brian kept in touch and was always supporting us on social media and in his social circles

He would be the first one to repost a big announcement we made or tag a photo with a Rviita on his weekend hikes

A year later, we were in need of a warehouse manager and sure enough, Brian was looking for a change

We didn’t even have to ask, he showed up at our office with a willingness to work that is so rare these days

Being an amazing father of 4 and having almost two decades of work experience, what we appreciate most about Brian is that he is always the first one to offer to take on a difficult or unpleasant task

He’ll always offer to come in on a Saturday or stay late

And not only does Brian have an amazing “do whatever it takes to get the job done” mentality, but he has also become our resident comedian, keeping us all laughing even on the toughest of days. ❤️

Brian- you have brought an incredible energy to Rviita, and we are beyond blessed to have you on the team!
