A quick message from the Doyles. We wanted to take a moment to thanks all of you on this page for watching our shenanigans over this last year. We have had the absolute time of our lives being the caretakers of Notso Rustic Ranch. We want to thank Lenore and Jared Oler for being two of the best partners in crime that we could have hoped for. We have had many laughs, ups, downs and shed a few tears making memories here. It is a bittersweet announcement that we share that this place we share with the Olers will no longer be their beloved Notso but carrying on as simply Discovering the Horse.

DTH has been running along side NRR as the lesson portion of this small little heaven. As we see DTH grow, we decided it was time to merge all into one roof.

We look forward to a long partnership through training with the Olers. So although we are making a change, this is not the end for this team. Just new team jackets...

Vet day! Two trucks 6 horses and time with the BEST vets in town!! We are full fledged “Benaddicts” so as always we give huge thanks to Dr. Ben Reed for always giving the best care to our horses.

We’re back in the saddle!!!

We are steadying back tomorrow with modified lessons. We want to thank everyone for their patience as we navigate the new reality. Space is limited to ensure proper COVID-19 etiquette.

Stumbled across this today and thought it was fitting. So many are struggling with why, when and how right now. Seemed fitting to say...

Why? Because we have to trust the process and ride the wave of COVID-19. We need to think about those who are most vulnerable and protect ourselves the best we can.

When? It will be over and when it is we will ride again. Focus on patience, compassion and care for each other is what will make the time seem shorter and easier to handle.

How? Read the photo...take each step one by one. Be slow be deliberate and be precise. Act now out of kindness and love for those around you and mostly yourself.
