A few highlights from an incredible retreat in Montréal. 🇨🇦

Bringing leaders together outside of the day-to-day creates space for meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives and a little fun along the way. Michael Watt’s CEO and KEY Executive groups spent the week connecting, tackling important business issues and learning together, including an engaging LEGO Play session led by Darcy Roberts.

A great reminder of the value of stepping away from the business to work on the business, alongside people who understand the challenges of leadership.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring the experience together and to Michael for sharing these great moments!
