"I used a 10x10 unit for 8 months and had an amazing experience with Franklin Self Storage North. The building is clean and well maintained. It was secure and always felt safe. I have accessed the unit and always had parking space and easy access to the internal parking area. The staff were very kind and willing to educate me on the process (my first storage unit of any kind - I had a lot of questions) and very friendly and nice to talk to. The billing system was easy to set up, never had any issue, and even ending the rental was smooth and handled over the phone with a 3-minute phone call. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them anytime (even the packing supplies they sell are reasonably priced when you need an emergency roll of tape)."
