What an unforgettable afternoon!

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for everyone who made the SEEDS High Tea Fundraiser such a beautiful success.

To the_lavender_farm, thank you for opening your breathtaking property to us during your busy wedding season. Your generosity in donating such a stunning venue created the perfect setting for an afternoon of hope, connection, and purpose.

A heartfelt thank you to Oh Graze Catering | Grazing platters & tables •Catering •Gifts 🍋 for generously donating the most incredible food. Every bite was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, making our guests feel so loved and spoiled.

A special thank you to Stacy Barr and Pur Balance for generously donating wonderful spa gift cards for our silent auction. Your kindness helped us raise even more support for the women we serve.

To our amazing decorating dream team, Cheryl and Lisamaree—thank you for the countless hours, creativity, and attention to every beautiful detail. You transformed the space into something truly magical.

To every volunteer who gave their time to serve, greet guests, arrange food, and help throughout the day—you are the hands and feet of our mission. We simply couldn’t do this without you.

Because of each of you who attended, this event was so much more than a lovely afternoon—it was an opportunity to plant seeds of hope, healing, and restoration in the lives of survivors of human trafficking.

SEEDS is looking for compassionate, grounded, and dependable individuals to join our team as a Part-Time House Advocates, working overnights and/or weekends.

This is a unique opportunity to walk alongside women on their healing journey in a safe, supportive home environment. You’ll play a key role in fostering stability, dignity, and trust during critical hours.

Some qualifications:
• Calm, steady presence
Comfortable working alone overnight or on
weekends
• Experience in social services or related fields

Located near Cambridge, ON

Your support helps us provide safe housing, compassionate care, and life-changing opportunities for women as they rebuild their lives and move toward a future filled with hope and possibility. We are grateful to partner with organizations that believe in the power of dignity, healing, and lasting transformation.

Each year, AMCTO makes a charitable contribution in the name of the President to an organization in their community of great importance to the President that aligns with AMCTO’s values and principles. It is our way of saying thank you to the community that lends us our President for the year!

This year, Danielle Manton has selected SEEDS Canada as the recipient of a $500 donation from AMCTO in her name.

SEEDS Canada, based in Danielle’s municipal home of Cambridge, serves survivors of s*x trafficking and/or exploitation aged 18+. SEEDS Canada focuses on long-term solutions that provide women and other survivors with personalized education plans, medical aid, trauma therapy, job placement, case management, and other restorative services.
