The survey and contest deadline for non-PEI residents who participate in the PEI harness racing industry has been extended to October 23rd.

This fall, the PEI Harness Racing Industry Association (PEIHRIA) is conducting an economic impact assessment of the harness racing industry on Prince Edward Island. They have engaged MRSB Consulting Services (MRSB) to conduct the assessment.

To support PEIHRIA’s efforts, MRSB invites non-PEI residents who participate in the Island harness racing industry to complete an online survey about the nature of their involvement with harness racing and about any expenses associated with travelling to and participating in the PEI industry events. Respondents to the survey can enter their names for a chance to win a $250 Red Shores Racetrack & Casino gift certificate. This survey is now open and will be running until Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 9 AM.
