You & I Companion Care Friendship for seniors to brighten their day & support independence. My name is Becky McCarroll, Owner/Operator of You & I Companion Care.

My husband and I grew up in and have raised our 3 children in the Camrose area, developing deep roots in the community. During my growing up years, my parents took over 50 foster children into our home giving me an appreciation for the power of simple acts of kindness and caring. Over the course of my personal & work life, I have built relationships with people, both children and adults, who have

struggled with mental illness, physical illness, dementia, loneliness, end-of-life support and various disabilities. This has given me a unique skill set which compliments my love for people and comes together well for the role of companion.

The goal of You & I Companion Care is to build meaningful relationships with seniors to help brighten their days and combat loneliness. It can be tough to balance your own family life while meeting the social needs of an aging parent and it can often feel as if the time you have to offer isn't enough. I am here to help fill that gap with visiting, friendship, outings & events in the community or assisting with errands. I am happy to provide support for daily living activities as long as the client is able to be responsible for the overall outcome. Personal care or medication dispensing are not provided by You & I Companion Care.
