Boden Sand & Gravel Supplies is looking for an Office Administrator

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Answering phone and helping callers

Keeping track of weekly, monthly, annual tasks required, following up on these tasks

Processing staff expenses

Fuel card transactions

Invoicing for daily sales

Reconciliations and various other accounting functions

Intake of digital copies of A/P bills and post bills to A/P

Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Assist HR, Safety, Operations, Contract Administrator as required

Process Work orders, filing, data entry

Maintain stationary inventories

Interact with customers, clients, vendors, and outside agents in a professional manner

Clean front area daily

Looking for an experienced, organized, mature, professional, positive, hardworking, reliable, professional, listening, and communication skills, ethical.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
Experience:
• receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
• Quickbooks AP/AR: 2 years (preferred)
