Hiring a VA and just dumping tasks on them is not a delegation strategy.

Before you bring someone on, you need clear systems, SOPs, defined KPIs, and a real onboarding plan.

If your hire fails because they didn't have the tools or training to succeed... that's a leadership problem, not a people problem.

She's tired, overwhelmed, and googling symptoms at 11pm. She just wants to know what to actually DO.

Writing simply isn't dumbing it down. It's clarity. And clarity is what gets you clients. 🧡

Got kidnapped today and honestly? He let me go because I wouldn't stop venting about Q3 operations. 😂

Sir, COME BACK. I hadn't even gotten to the client onboarding workflows yet.

Turns out even kidnappers have limits. COOs do not. 💅

But real talk.. if being kidnapped sounds like a break, you're carrying too much alone. 🧡

Community changes everything. Ask my kidnapper.

Okay in my defense… I have NEVER missed a client call and I wasn't about to start today 😂🚗

But honestly? This is only half a joke.

So many coaches join us after being in programs where their coach vanished the second the payment went through. No replies. No support. Just modules and crickets.

That's never been how we do things at CCI. When you're in our world, we show up for you..every call, every question, every messy middle moment. That's the whole point of community. 🤍

So yes, I will be driving through anything to get to our calls. You've been warned. 😌

If your workshop isn't getting you clients..it's not the format. It's how you're running it.

Most coaches make their workshops too educational. And educational doesn't convert.

What works is being so tactical, so specific, so focused on one painful problem that your ideal client walks away thinking "she's talking directly to me."

And the offer? It's not a big pitch at the end. It lives throughout the whole thing.
