Another one in the books. 💪

Three old sheds demolished, hauled away, and two concrete slabs removed.

For this project, we chose to complete the demolition by hand instead of using heavy equipment. It takes a little more time, but it leaves far less debris behind and results in a much cleaner site.

Since the homeowner plans to turn this area into lawn, taking the extra time was the right call.

🤝 Teamwork makes great projects happen.

We had the opportunity to partner with NYCO Renovations / Rénovations as their demolition subcontractor on this renovation project.

Our scope included:

✔️ Full kitchen demolition
✔️ Main floor bathroom demolition
✔️ Laundry room demolition
✔️ Removal of tile flooring throughout the main floor
✔️ Baseboard & Moldings removal
✔️ Second-floor bathroom demolition, including tile and subfloor removal
✔️ Selective demolition completed with care to protect all mechanical, electrical, and structural components outside the scope of work.

Every demolition project is about more than tearing things apart. It’s about precision, planning, and leaving a clean, safe space that’s ready for the next trade to come in and build.

This is what proper subfloor adhesive removal looks like.

The original construction adhesive didn’t bond properly, leaving the new floor prone to squeaks. Our job was to carefully remove the plywood, clean every joist back to solid wood, and prepare the structure for a proper rebuild.
