Yoga Moments with Jenny Rolls Weaving Yoga into Real Life. Jenny started practicing Yoga 16 years ago and has been teaching Yoga for over a decade.

She completed her initial 200hr YTT in Nova Scotia and was trained in the Kripalu tradition. She later received her 100hr Yin Yoga certification and became a Registered Pregnancy Yoga Teacher (RPYT). In her Yoga sessions/videos you can expect mindful and juicy movement (plus deep breaths & sighs) as a remedy for tension held in the body. She believes strongly in the balance of ease and stability;

relaxation and strength. Jenny is a mom of two kiddos, a military spouse, and spends her spare time biking, gardening, and eating nachos. When you spend time on the mat with Jenny, you can expect to feel at home and experience a sense of ease & simplicity. Specialties: Hatha (Kripalu influenced); Yin; Pregnancy Yoga; Postnatal Yoga."

If you know, you know :) ..Wanna do a round for old times' sake? I'm feeling called to spend two weeks with any of you that are feeling the call lately as well. It'll be old material/videos and prompts, but it could be fun to revisit them :) . Here's how it would work:

This workshop highlights the benefits of yoga practice and mindful strength training.

Using body weight, free weights, and bands to add resistance to foundational yoga movements, students learn how to build strength, avoid repetitive strain, and improve mobility through yoga practice. This approach also supports individuals off the mat by addressing the common physical ailments that can impact the ability to enjoy an active and productive daily life.

Yoga + Strength is best suited for those familiar with yoga basics.
