After a busy summer our truck has been put away for the winter. Unfortunately due to our cold Canadian winters unless the temperature is above freezing we cannot accommodate any requests for rink fillings. We wish you all a safe winter and we will see you all once the snow is gone and the sun is shining! Bring on pool season!! ☀️☀️.

It was brought to our attention this weekend that in May 2025 the Federal Government made changes to a February 2006 tax bulletin. These changes unknowingly affected how we were invoicing our customers. Effective May 2025 the sale and delivery of pool water to customers was made HST exempt. As we had no idea of these changes we were charging HST as had always been the previous government tax rules. Now that we are aware we are taking immediate action to refund all the HST we collected from our poolwater customers from May 2025 to present. Our page pricing has been updated to reflect the changes as well. All refunds are being issued to the email account your payment was received from If your e-transfer requires a password we will send it to you in a separate email. Please be patient with us as this is a huge task and we are working hard to process them as fast as we can
We sincerely apologize for this oversight and look forward to continuing to providing our customers with our services for many years to come.

Well the sun has finally decided to make a long awaited appearance! We are slowly starting to take bookings for pool fillings this year. Price per 4000 gallon load of hydrant water is $335.00 for addresses within 15kms of Carleton Place. If you are outside of this area please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to give you a price quote!

Pool season is in full swing and we are beyond greatful for all of our customers for keeping us so busy. That being said we are getting many calls and messages for bookings and have minimal spaces left available. While we try our best to take on as much as we can short notice bookings aren’t always available. It is best to call us as soon as you have an install date to avoid any issues. We are slowly starting to take bookings for pool fillings this year. We are happy to say that for now we have been able to keep the price of pool water the same as 2023. We will continue to monitor the price of fuel and may need to have a slight increase to cover costs at some point. Price per 4000 gallon load of hydrant water is $325.00 plus HST for addresses within 15kms of Carleton Place. Some unfortunate news for this weekend. Due to an issue at the Bulk Water Station we are unable to obtain water until next week when it’s fixed so we won’t be able to take any last minute bookings this weekend. Thanks to our very understanding clients already booked for this weekend! You are the best!!
