Project Completed – Custom Shed Rebuild | Sunnylea, Etobicoke

Final update from our custom shed rebuild project in Sunnylea.

What started as an old shed demolition turned into a full exterior rebuild, finished with a beautiful new siding and metal roof system. For this project, we selected a heavy-gauge aluminum metal siding in Red Walnut, paired with a Dark Brown Double Chocolate metal roof.

Final scope included:
• Old shed demolition
• New concrete pad preparation
• Full shed framing
• Custom doors and window installation
• Heavy-gauge aluminum metal siding
• Dark brown metal roof installation
• Clean final finish and usable storage space

Vaughan Commercial Selective Interior Demolition

The Doctor Demo team was on-site in Vaughan completing the selective demolition phase for a commercial renovation project. This stage included controlled wall removals, stair carpet tear-outs, interior partition drywall and framing removal, and full site preparation for the upcoming construction phases.

Working within an occupied commercial building and around live electrical systems, the crew carried out demolition safely, efficiently, and with careful coordination to minimize disruption throughout the workspace.

Air scrubbers were utilized throughout demolition to help maintain a cleaner and more controlled work environment while material removal and debris management were completed. From demolition sequencing to final cleanup, every step was handled with precision to keep the project moving forward on schedule.

Shed Rebuild Update – Framing Stage | Sunnylea, Etobicoke

Quick update from our shed rebuild project in Sunnylea, Etobicoke.

The new shed structure is now framed up and taking shape. We’re at the finishing stage of framing, with custom shed doors installed for a full 180-degree swing and a new window added for light and ventilation.

Progress includes:
• New shed structure framed

• Space designed for lawn equipment, snowblower, and garage storage
• Ready for the next stage of aluminum siding and metal roof installation

Project Update – Shed Demolition to Rebuild | Sunnylea, Etobicoke

Project update from Sunnylea in Etobicoke, where an exterior shed demolition has now turned into a full demolition, renovation, and rebuild project.

After removing the old shed, we had to create a proper plan for the new structure. The next step was pouring a new concrete pad for the shed base, along with removing cracked concrete near the window and AC area to make sure everything is rebuilt properly.

Progress included:
• Existing shed demolition completed
• Cracked concrete removed near the window and AC area
• AC unit safely disconnected for concrete work
• New concrete pad poured for the future shed base
• Concrete cured and ready for the next stage
• AC reconnected, lines checked, and refrigerant topped up
• Site now ready for framing

Big shoutout to the boys from Dynasty Renovations for doing a fantastic job on the concrete work, and to our HVAC technician for helping us safely disconnect and reconnect the AC system.

Next step is framing the new shed with a proper structure, metal roof, and metal siding.

Following the selective demolition phase completed by the Doctor Demo team, this Long Branch kitchen renovation has officially moved into the finishing stage with the installation of a custom backsplash system featuring Hanoi Caramel Made in Spain tile in a 2.5” x 8” format.

Careful preparation, surface protection, and precision layout work were key throughout this phase to ensure a clean and seamless installation within the newly renovated kitchen space. From tile alignment and spacing to edge detailing and finish consistency, every step was completed with attention to detail to complement the custom cabinetry and overall design vision.

Working within an active renovation environment, the team maintained a clean and controlled workspace while delivering a backsplash feature that adds warmth, texture, and durability to the kitchen.

Design Meets Precision

We had the pleasure of working alongside Vanessa from VLC Studio to bring this luxury interior vision to life. From the carefully curated colour drenched spaces to the seamless combination of paint finishes, every detail in this renovation was intentionally designed to elevate the final look.

The space features matte ceilings paired with satin baseboards to create depth and contrast without making the design feel flat. To complete the aesthetic, we installed a custom herringbone white oak floor that adds movement, warmth, and a timeless luxury feel throughout the space.

One of the biggest challenges during this flooring installation was achieving perfect alignment through every centre transition while ensuring it was all positioned with the centerpiece. Clean symmetry and flawless ex*****on were key to delivering the elegant, high-end finish this project deserved.

Final Touches at Buona Beauty Salon

We were off-site today working on one of the final statement pieces for the Buona Beauty Salon renovation, a fully custom tiled centre table designed and built from scratch.

The tile selection was chosen by Vanessa from VLC Studio, featuring La Fabbrica Ava Small Prune 2.5x8 glossy rectangular wall tile. This Italian-made ceramic tile is known for its rich deep prune colour and majolica-inspired finish, bringing a bold, modern luxury feel to the salon space.

From fabrication to finishing, every step of this build was carefully executed to create a seamless custom feature piece that elevates the entire renovation.

Build Process:
• Foam boards were installed and secured to the table structure
• The table was sanded and primed before tile installation
• Over 240 tiles were precision cut with mitred edges for a seamless wraparound finish
• Grouting was completed once all tile work was installed
• Custom epoxy resin was applied to the corners for a clean, durable finish
• Four resin colours were mixed together to achieve the perfect final tone

This level of detail and craftsmanship is what takes a renovation from standard to unforgettable.

From precise cuts and detailed trim work to the final vinyl herringbone flooring layout in a champagne color, every stage is being completed with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

This phase included:
