Concrete floor grinding;

Step 1: Remove current flooring ie- carpet tile,vinyl tile,linoleum ,LVT or VCT.

Step 2: Remove initial layer of thick adhesive from multiple renovations over the years.

Step 3: Grind remaining surface layers to expose original concrete slab

Step 4: Vacuum like crazy !

REMEMBER: Improper use of floor grinding equipment can result in a mountain of dust. The key is to use your equipment properly,contain the dust as much as humanly possible and seal off area with poly dust barriers.

Old pressure treated outside deck that was removed during the demolition process has been recycled and made into a fence. It is not necessary for everything to go to the landfill if it can be re-used.
