رغم انها بتاخذ وقت وتعب بس كل مرة بعملها بشغف، لان في أكلات مش مجرد طبخة إنما حب من القلب.

Despite the grief of losing my uncle ,barely sleeping for half an hour , and everything that happened before taking off and during the flight , I kept going .
Our stop in Qatar 🇶🇦 was short and quick.
Just 9 hours stay because of the delay in Montreal . It wasn’t the trip we had planned but I want to remember everything about it even my sadness 💔❤️‍🩹
I chose to share that part with you too , because at the end of the day we are all humans .
We laugh, we travel , we celebrate, we grieve, and we go through moments that don’t always look perfect .
Behind every picture there is a real person living through real emotions .
قطر كانت مجرد منامة سريعة ، بس ليلها وفجرها شهدوا على حزني .
هالوقت القصير حمل مشاعر كبيرة ما بدي أنساها .

This shrimp spaghetti is my all time favorite.
It is simple , full of flavor and the combination of fresh basil and coriander makes it so special .

How I make it : ( a video reel has already been shared with you previously )
I cook spaghetti or linguine in a salted water until al denté (save a little pasta water )
In a pan sauté minced garlic in olive oil then add the shrimps .
Season with black pepper , salt , ground ginger , Cajun spices , ground cumin and a little of chili flakes if you like it spicy 🌶️
Once the shrimps are cooked , add the spaghetti with a splash of the reserved pasta water .
Add some unsalted butter , toss everything together until glossy and well mixed .
Finish with plenty of fresh basil and chopped coriander, a drizzle of olive oil ( lemon squeeze is optional )
Top with grated Parmesan cheese .

فتحت تلفوني لقيت كتير صور لسيارات قديمة وجديدة .
يمكن من دون ما انتبه ، صرت اكتشف اديه هالتفصيل الصغير بيحكي عني .
يمكن نحنا هيك في أشياء منعملها من دون قصد ، اشيا بتلفتنا أو منحب نصورها بس بالحقيقة بتكشف جزء كبير من شخصيتنا .
لفتني اديه السيارات الكلاسيكية فيها تفاصيل وشخصية بتحكي عنها ، بينما هلأ كل السيارات صارت بتشبه بعضها وما عندها هوية .
بتوافقوني الرأي؟!
