Congratulations to all of our Summer New Brunswick and Ontario Guards of the Month!

Denis: Denis has been with NPSS for the last year, during this time Denis has shown the ability to be relied on and is always willing to come in to work on short notice to help our team.

Denis’ ability to adapt and the ability to learn is outstanding, He covers the supervisor’s position in the control room when need be and assist NPSS in other posts in New Brunswick.

Keep up the great work Denis! It’s awesome having you as a part of our team here in New Brunswick.

Wayne: Wayne joined the company at the beginning of this year’s cruise season. Since then, he has become a crucial team member and a leader for all new hires here at NPSS New Brunswick.

Wayne has earned the trust of the team and has taken on key responsibilities, including assisting supervisors onboard cruise ships and training all new guards on the rules and regulations related to cruise ship operations.

Looking ahead, Wayne will also be assisting in the supervision of vessels.

Prabhjot: Prabhjot has been an exceptional addition to the National Port Security Services team over the past few months. His dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic have not gone unnoticed. Prabhjot consistently goes above and beyond in his duties, ensuring a safe and secure environment through vigilance and a commitment to excellence.

His consistent efforts and unwavering commitment have gone beyond our expectations. Arsalan’s loyalty, hard work, and exceptional leadership are truly inspiring. His contributions have made a significant impact, and we are incredibly proud to have him on our team.

Jason: With over a decade of dedicated service across multiple locations, Jason stands out as one of the most experienced and disciplined Supervisors at NPSS.
Jason’s reliability, professionalism, and steady presence make him an invaluable part of our team. He will always be the soul of NPSS, and we are truly grateful for his continued service.

Kamalpreet: Since joining NPSS in 2022 as a Security Guard, Kamalpreet has shown tremendous growth, rising to the role of Field Supervisor through his dedication and consistent performance. No matter the challenge, Kamalpreet always handles his responsibilities with calmness, compassion, and professionalism. He is truly one of the most composed and dependable Supervisors on our team.

Gursimran: Since joining NPSS in June 2022, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, vigilance, and professionalism in every aspect of his role. His unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and visitors has not gone unnoticed. Gursimran continues to be a reliable and respected member of our team.

Simrit: He has been a part of the NPSS family for over two years and was promoted to Supervisor in October 2024. Since then, he has fully embraced his role with a strong sense of responsibility and pride. Simrit’s dedication, goal-oriented mindset, and professionalism, especially in his interactions with clients on site, have truly stood out. He consistently leads by example and continues to exceed expectations.

Congratulations to Dhruv Chopra who is our chosen Employee of the Month in Ontario for June 2024.

June has been a month of many challenges in Ontario and Dhruv Chopra has stepped up to bat for his NPSS team, just like his favorite cricket team India – who won the T20 World Cup, so too has our own NPSS batmen demonstrated great skills in being both a team leader and a team player.

Throughout the month, Dhruv has shown stellar performance in not only taking up new tasks but being creative in his own way to accomplish his tasks on time which speaks of professionalism and dedication to National Port Security Services Inc. Dhruv’s positive attitude has been infectious and has contributed to an amazing team environment in Ontario and his ability to stay calm under pressure is a rare and valuable quality.

Congratulations to Ethan Hicks for earning our New Brunswick Employee of the Month for June!

Ethan has been with NPSS for a year and a half and in this time Ethan has become a strong, diligent and respected guard. He is someone supervisors can rely on at all times and who often goes above and beyond his responsibilities!

Ethan will be training to be a supervisor this coming busy cruise season and is working to increase his knowledge as a security guard. Great work Ethan!

Here's our Employee's of the Month for March!

Stan Brehaut, our New Brunswick Employee of the Month for March 2024, has been working hard here at National Port Security Services for the past three years, and it has been a privilege to have him on our team!

Stan excels in every position that he takes on… from the diligence he displays while working the mobile patrol, to being the mentor that everyone looks up to during cruise ship season as one of our most senior supervisors, you always know you can count on Stan.

Stan has recently returned to his mobile patrol position after courageously taking on the position of interim manager in the four months following the retirement of New Brunswick’s previous regional manager, learning all of the administrative ins and outs, as well as dedicating his weekends to being on call and ensuring all positions were successfully staffed, even with the shortest amount of notice.

Overall, Stan is a great worker and an even better person, and we are proud to have him as part of the NPSS family. We would like to give Stan a big thank you for everything that he has done and continues to do for the company!

Lowell MacKenzie is the Employee of the Month for our PEI office. He has been a dedicated member of our team at NPSS for over a decade!
