Speaking unarguably is another tool in the conscious leaders toolkit and something we explore at Coach to Thrive.
Most drama in the workplace comes from what is arguable.
Speaking unarguably means saying what is true for you. Instead of stating something as fact, you report a thought, sensation.
Saying that “a restaurant is horrible”, is arguable. Saying “I think that is not a good restaurant” cannot be argued because it's the way you feel.
Learning to differentiate between unarguable and arguable statements is a master skill of leadership, and one of our favourite topics to dive into at Coach to Thrive.
