Earlier this month we were pleased to participate in the STEAM Career Pathways Fair at Colonel Gray High School in Charlottetown, as well as a Career Day Presentation at Bluefield High School.

Our team thoroughly enjoyed connecting with students, sharing insights into careers in architecture and engineering, and discussing the education, skills, and experiences that can help turn their interests into rewarding careers.

We’re proud to support initiatives that encourage young Islanders to explore their potential and discover the opportunities waiting for them right here on PEI.

Please join us in congratulating Senior Architect Darrin Dunsford on his new role as Manager at Coles.

With nearly 27 years of experience in architecture before joining Coles in 2022, Darrin brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and leadership to our team. Since joining us through the merger with Chandler Architecture, he has become a trusted colleague and a valued partner to our clients, known for his steady approach, reliability and commitment to delivering great work.

Darrin has already been taking on many of the leadership and project management responsibilities that come with this role, making this appointment a natural recognition of the contributions he brings to Coles.

We’re excited to see Darrin step into this next chapter and look forward to all that’s ahead.

Please join us in congratulating Eliana Ayoub on her new role as Manager, Electrical Engineer at Coles!

Since joining Coles in 2016, Eliana has become a valued member of our team, earning her P.Eng. designation in January 2025 and contributing her expertise to projects both locally and internationally, including the electrical design of 14 medical facilities in Saint Lucia upgraded to SMART Hospital standards.

As Manager, Eliana will take on expanded responsibility for project delivery, client leadership, financial oversight and team coordination, while continuing her work as a Professional Engineer.

Eliana holds both a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Biomedical Engineering, from the University of Balamand in Lebanon.

We’re extremely proud to see Eliana step into this well-earned leadership role and look forward to all she will bring to it. Congratulations, Eliana! You inspire us everyday💡

While much of our work at Coles takes place in the public realm, we’re equally at home bringing our expertise to residential projects.

Reddin Meadows is a new townhouse community currently taking shape in Stratford, PEI. Though construction is still underway, some residents have already moved in, and it’s always rewarding to see a project moving from plans and drawings to a neighbourhood people call home.

Thoughtful design, practical solutions, and a strong sense of place – at every scale.
