We’re looking for someone who really understands small business numbers and can help make them make sense to our amazing clients.

If you’re confident in QuickBooks, keep clean and organized books, and can explain things in a way that actually helps business owners feel more in control, we’d love to connect.

A few details:
• $26–31/hour depending on experience
• Approximately 20 hours/week to start, with opportunity to grow
• Hybrid remote, with some time spent working from HQ

You likely bring:
• 2+ years of QuickBooks experience
• Strong Excel and Microsoft skills
• A college or university background in business, accounting, or bookkeeping

This role is a mix of technical work and client support — helping people stay organized, understand their numbers, and run their businesses with more confidence.

Super excited to announce this one!

We’re hosting SMB201 at HQ this spring — a 6-week course for business owners who want to feel a bit more on top of things.

If you’ve been figuring things out as you go (which… most people are), this is a chance to slow down and set a few key pieces up properly:

• your numbers
• your day-to-day systems
• how things actually run behind the scenes

It’s small (10 people), hands-on, and you’ll be working on your own business the whole time.

Honestly, this is the kind of work people usually come to us for 1:1 — but we wanted to make it more accessible and easier to jump into.

But a few things are worth tightening up.

• reconcile Q1 and actually look at your numbers
• audit your Google Profile and SEO
• automate basic customer responses (FAQ page, auto replies in Meta)
• identify what’s actually driving revenue (and what’s not)
• set up a calendar booking system instead of back-and-forth messages with clients
• create a priority list for Q2

Heading into a busy season — or hoping to take time off this summer — this is the kind of work that gives you actual peace of mind.
