I'm starting a long-term project by redeveloping the BAYSIDE MALL site in Sarnia, Ontario using my own ideas by modeling the site and surrounding buildings using a picture from Google Maps.

The first building in the development will be this multi-use building I've been working on the past few weeks. It includes Commercial spaces on the Ground Floor, Office spaces on the 2nd Floor and Apartments on the upper 8 Floors.
